is this M4OHT? i guess that but the 3beta is up front when i am used to seeing it at the end. maybe it doesnt matter?

also, does anyone know if 17a-clostebol is on that list? doesnt look like it...

and does anyone have a crash course in steroid nomenclature?

clostebol is on there, but 17alpha methyl clostebol is not listed, but it does not matter, it is still illegal...i wish it was as easy as adding a 17 alpha methyl to a scheduled AAS to make it legal(i could come up with a few good ones, but i dont know how my liver would end up) lol

it is sort of a catch all.

but i think you're off. they call a diol a diol and a dione a dione. testosterone itself is:

17[beta]-hydroxyandrost-4-en-3-one

so this steroid is similar...again, i believe it's 17a-hydroxytest

also, if your argument about the "catch-all" is true (it isnt), then superdrol wouldnt be legal as it is 17a-dimethyl-DHT or methylated masteron (2-methyl-DHT)...nor would any of the other currently legal "pro"steroids, which are just variations of these listed. the whole legal steroid business is built on the caveat from the paragraph you cited - "chemically and pharmacologically related to testosterone" - the vast majority of steroids are not BOTH of these things, especially pharmacologically - would never hold up in court.

I did contribute . I contributed my "what the fuck" does he mean by that? I am pretty educated but that threw me for a loop and I knew without a doubt that Lanky would be here. After all he is one of the elite. No pun intended. Who the hell else would tell us wht the hell kind of affects AAS has on our ecosystem. Between goldfish, birds, wasp and ants shit if I want to know what AAS does to the libido of rabbits I am asking Lanky! LOL!

my first post was 100% correct.

"17[alpha]-methyl-3[beta],17[beta]-dihydroxyandrost-4-ene" , this is 17 alpha methyl androstenediol....the nomenclature here states that there is a hydroxy on carbon 3 and 17 in a beta position thus making it a diol .

17[beta]-hydroxyandrost-4-en-3-one --this is testosterone --take note of the 3-one of testosterone compared to the 3-hydroxy of androstenediol.

--..a few companies were trying to get away with this one by using alternate ways of naming an androstane as an etiocholanone as to not draw attention by the FDA..yes it is 2alpha,17alpha methyl DHT(superdrol)..please feel free to look in the chem section at my chemical sytnthesis of superdrol, one of my intermediates is anadrol.

i understand your argument for the whole chemical and pharmacological related to testosterone.it is all how you interpret the law based on your understanding of all aspects of AAS

it is just a matter of time before the law is enforced, i predict the future will still have more designer steroids, but there will be no chemical structure on the label of the product or webpage of the company. who knows it might allready be happening.
