So I've been searching about looking for ways to improve myself. I am 36 5'7 and 167lbs. I am quite active and trying to get some bit of a body back from after having baby's . It seems bloody impossible! lol I am vegetarian, I use promasil protein powder for protein, most times have ZERO appetite. I have seen a dietian who I'm fairly certain that wanker has got his head up his arse as he says I need to give in and eat meat. My plan is to get back to 140lb and loose some of the fat I clearly don't need lol. Any suggestions would be grand.....

This isn't the right section to ask, this is for general chat and the guys here are just gonna give you a hard time. They're just joking around.

Btw, your dietician is correct that you do need to have a certain amount of meat in your diet. Not a lot, but some is much better than never. As much vegetables as you eat, that aspect is healthy, but zero meat is honestly not the best approach to being as healthy as you can be.


Post over in the diet section and I'll be there to help you out with dieting questions and exercise guidance.
