So I've been searching about looking for ways to improve myself. I am 36 5'7 and 167lbs. I am quite active and trying to get some bit of a body back from after having baby's . It seems bloody impossible! lol I am vegetarian, I use promasil protein powder for protein, most times have ZERO appetite. I have seen a dietian who I'm fairly certain that wanker has got his head up his arse as he says I need to give in and eat meat. My plan is to get back to 140lb and loose some of the fat I clearly don't need lol. Any suggestions would be grand.....
