161/106, pulse of 80, and that's after sitting here for a while.

I question the accuracy of the monitor though. The BP reading is high, even for me.

I do have high BP, but not normally that high.

This monitor's just one of the finger deals, which are supposedly not very accurate; the seated cuff monitors at drugstores usually show me at around 145 over 80 or 90 when I'm not taking my medication.

I think a lot of it is stress related, but I also took various forms of ephedra non stop for years as a kid because of allergies. Knowing what I know now, I wonder how much of an impact that had on my blood pressure, as well as my difficulty in gaining weight.
