There is no need to swab the needle. It is already sterile, don't touch it at all.

It could be Cellulitus which can kill you not to scare you but I got it from gear once and almost lost my leg from it so go to the ER, they admitted me and gave me IV antibiotics for 5 days!

I'm starting to cringe reading your posts.
If you're injecting, you need 2 needles for every syringe. 1 to extract and 1 to inject.
You can find pre-sterile needles on the internet for about .15 apiece

Dont let it scare you bro. This is the Extreme case of what not to do. No research and or bad advice. If you hang here theres no way (well almost) you could fuck your shit up. Injecting really isnt a big deal I promise . Just need to follow a few simple steps and rules and its done.
