well im about to start my cycle and my diet is based on the results im planning for. since i will be transfering to a university i want to add weight while not adding bodyfat.
Im 5ft10in 185 and i plan on being 190 lean at 10-12 bf, right now im around 13-15 bf
CHECK IT OUT
7:00am
2 packs flavored oatmeal
6 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 slices tost(plain)
14-16 oz milk

10:00am
wheat bread sandwich, 3oz turkey, 3oz roast beef(big boy)
2 slices cheese
pretzles(sub. chips)
water

12:00pm
lean steak
med. potato
fruit
12-14 oz milk

3:00pm
protien bar
banana
water

6:00pm
post w/o protien shake

7:30pm
chicken breast
water
veggies

before bed protien shake

remeber im tryuing to lean up as well instead of straght bulk and i try to keep carbs minimal after 7 pm
 
Drop the toast and don't use pre-flavored oatmeal

I would leave off the cheese

I would use something other than a regular potato

I would keep the carbs minimal after 4 pm.

But your body is different from mine and my suggestions are only my opinion

i no man but yall give me better responses hear. sorry bro but you also have to remeber im trying to work around baseball practice and w/l
but why leave off the cheese and toast?

depending on toast it can be high gi, cheese high in fat, both can be enemies in excess when trying to cut. if you want toast eat in moderation first thing in the mrning or after an intense workout. for me any carbs after 5 is not good.
 
bro i would get just the plain quaker oat mea and throw in some bannanas in it or honey for flavoring.....looks good though good luck!!!
 
How much water are you going to take in daily? You will need at least 1 gallon + your shakes

What are you taking? Stats? Age? When I see the University word I fear your age will be an obstacle - also, are you not worried about being tested - baseball/steroids is becoming quite the buzz word -
 
well i play baseball at juco and im going to a smaller d3 university. TRUST me i did research on drug testing, the thing is even though its in ncaa the funding is not as high to drug test at a smaller university so its pretty unlikely
