It was impossible to take a good pic over my shoulder. But check out these back shots. This is after 8 months or more of absolutely no back training, no wide grip pull ups, no lat pulls, no bent rows. I stopped doing back and bis because I was going to consider competing again (boxeo) and figured the only way to get to 178 was to get ripped and to lose some muscle, so since my back was so thick I stopped doing lats. From the pics, I can tell I lost a lot of thickness in side lats, but middle back is still pretty thick. This goes to show how some body parts are just naturally gifted from God.
