What do you guys eat on your cheat days? Is it an all-day free for all for you, a single meal, etc.? Also, what guidelines do you set for yourself for cheat days/meals? do you still pay attention to certain macro ratios? Today is my first "cheat day" and I've eaten mostly carbs all day - is this really bad? Should I still be weary of macro ratios on a cheat day, and how many more calories should I eat (over a regular day)? Any suggestions would be great!
