Cheat days

What do you guys eat on your cheat days? Is it an all-day free for all for you, a single meal, etc.? Also, what guidelines do you set for yourself for cheat days/meals? do you still pay attention to certain macro ratios? Today is my first "cheat day" and I've eaten mostly carbs all day - is this really bad? Should I still be weary of macro ratios on a cheat day, and how many more calories should I eat (over a regular day)? Any suggestions would be great!

Oh yeah, and I should add that I'm trying to lose fat.

I hit Carl's Jr and take on a Western Bacon Double Cheesburger. Oh yeah!

51 grams of fat, 52 grams of protein, 66 grams of carbs, 1.7 grams of sodium and 919 calories.

A very well balanced meal. not. but damn, it tastes good.
 
I had to cut out cheat days, cause they were killing my progress, when dieting. I would literally eat all day, Id way myself in the morning before pigging out, and Id way say 190, by the end of the day i could be up to 210-214, Not to mention my workouts the next day suffred, because of the bloat and all. If you have to cheat, just have a cheat meal (if you can control your urges beyond that)

depends on your weekly diet, how much of a caloric deficit you are inducing and on your genetics, experiment and see what works. some can get away with an all day shitload some can only have a small cheat meal
