Buy a bag of frozen chicken breast from costco or salmon for starters an ur set.
But u said cheap, so I still say eggs bang for buck... Buy the way costco has a box of 5dozen for about 8 dollars!!! Pffffft

do you have to turn the food? i throw my chicken in a baking dish and put it in the oven for an hour at 350 and its g2g. no turning or checking it even.

yea i gotta get to costco and stock up.

Nope the top of it's a grill and the bottom, grease drains out.. One frozen chicken breast takes 15 mins.... I just picked me up a lil toaster oven with a timmer too kinda diggin it jus pop a sweet potatoe in there set it for a hour and it's there ready to eat whenits feeding time

Pfffft can't rely on woman for anything... Besides most woman I know eat pretty unhealthy, I actually bought a forman grill for my girls house I use over there. Been posting on my iPhone alot latly when I get on my Pc I'll email u
