So because of family things going on im no longer going to be able to workout on Fridays or weekends....
With that being said, as long as i don't overdo it a mon-thurs routine could work... what i wad thinking....
Mon chest/tri
Tues shoulders (and possible abs)
Wed legs
Thurs back/bi
3 day rest

Notice easier day on Tues and legs wed to rest other upper body muscles.....
Opinions please. I think this may work.

*^^ did this workout for awhile had similar reasons to you!keep the shoulders and chest and opposite ends and you'll be sweet!if you do shoulders after chest day they will be too taxed
