After some reading on various routines, iv'e decided to try a 5x5 routine, now even though ive read about it etc.. i understand its 5 sets of 5, with a "Workout A" and B
So say, workout A, is
squat 5x5
bench press 5x5
dead lift 5x5
what should B, be ?
Another thing with workout A and B, does this mean
monday i do workout A
wednesday i do workout B
then friday i do workout A again ?
Or how does it work, and with the 5x5 what should the weight be, the most i can lift for the first 5 reps then less for the next 5 then less for the next etc ?
