Changing Routine

After some reading on various routines, iv'e decided to try a 5x5 routine, now even though ive read about it etc.. i understand its 5 sets of 5, with a "Workout A" and B

So say, workout A, is

squat 5x5
bench press 5x5
dead lift 5x5

what should B, be ?

Another thing with workout A and B, does this mean

monday i do workout A
wednesday i do workout B
then friday i do workout A again ?

Or how does it work, and with the 5x5 what should the weight be, the most i can lift for the first 5 reps then less for the next 5 then less for the next etc ?

Nah Workout A and B it's Rippetoe's 3x5 not the 5x5, what are your stats and goals?
 
My stats are 5"9, weight is 164lbs and im around 19bf% i think, my goals are to gain on muscle mass, but id also like to lose the belly lol, so im not sure whether to bulk or cut, as im already pretty big, but would like to get bigger and have more definition.
So the 3x5 and 5x5 are different, well now im totally lost on what my routine should be lol
