It's so hard to change perspectives, now that I'm back at the gym obviously I'm trying to eat better, today I got to work and they bought me lunch and they had donuts, which I definitely wont touch but they bought me a BBQ burger that is now sitting next to me and I cant bring myself to eat it.... I want it but at the same time I know it wasnt peaches at the gym today... I would have scarfed it down without a doubt 3 weeks ago but now it's just different.... damn this is hard.... I'm sitting here trying to convince myself to eat it and NOT to eat it at the same time.... 
How do you guys deal with stuff like parties, dinner invites and general scenarios where you are not in charge of the food?
P.S. They're having pizza Friday.... jeez
