Hey guys

I ve decided to change up my routine. Can I get some advise,
I think I really need to mix it up. I enjoy doing 3 days on and 1
day off eating and sleeping good.I currently about 5 sets of each
exercise. I do two muscle groups every time I go. Each muscle
gets four excercises each and i go gradually heaver. I seem
to end up doing five or six sets..I wonder if this is sufficient.
Can Get some advise from some of you vets that are getting
good results. As well Im doing a lot of reading but if I can learn
from you guys that have been through this all the better for me..

Thanks

You state 2 muscle groups per day,4 exercises per muscle, and 5-6 sets per execise=40 to48 sets total.By training like this three on one off sounds like to much volume. You also haven't stated if you are clean or not?How is your intensity?are many of these sets warm ups?How many years have you trained?I assume that you are training one large muscle group and one small( back ,bi's)I can see a serious overtrain on biceps after doing back then pumping out 20-24 sets of biceps! Also are you training each muscle twice a week I assume that you are.

I am on a weak 200mg cycle of deca and I train very intense.
I have trained for about a year.. What body parts would you
recommend on a 2 on and 1 off schedule?and how many exercises per muscle and how many sets ..

Heres what works for me...mon i do push exercises-bench,shoulders,tris..........tues pull exercises...lat pulldown,rows,biceps......wed rest. thurs...leg curls, calves abs. fri...squats sat & sun rest & eat..... NOW GIMMIE SOME KARMA!!!! LOL!!! ....RADAR
