Over the last couple of weeks I have been noticing more and more people using cellphones alongside their training. Apparently this really helps drive PR's and stack up extra cardio minutes.
Hey, plus they're flexible, you can use them for anything. A couple recent examples from my gym:
- Treadmill cellphone cardio
- Cellphone-enhanced exercise ball crunches
- Leg extension machine cellphone power reps
I hope I can get a bluetooth ear piece soon and use this advanced training technique with my deadlifts.
