by muscletech..Hardcore...anyone use it..I went in to GNC to kill time and they had it on sale for 14.95 for a 4.5 lb tub..picked up the Orange flavor...kid rang it up and it came up to 8 bucks...so I got the only other one they had in lemon lime..I was going to buy some Creatine anyway.. so for two tubs I had like 18 bucks in it..the kid said I saved about a hundred bucks..

I can't believe it was that cheap, but yes it has a ton of sugar 75g of dextrose (sugar) per serving, which makes creatine absorbtion quicker and your insulin levels spike quick, it is really unhealthy. So it is basically creatine monohydrate with a ton of sugar in it.

If you like it and it is not on sale next time buy a 10-15 dollar thing of creatine monohydrate and add 75 grams of sugar to it, same thing without a fancy lookin tub and scooper

Better off with needto's Muscle Replenisher since it contains Alpha Lipoic Acid which actually controls sugar levels unlike Cell Tech, and ALA allows creatine to work better in the muscles.
