I eat hardly any candy...nothing real sticky just the occasional life saver...however ive had a cavity eachtime ive been at the dentist...the only thing sweet i can really think ive had on a constant basis are protein shakes and bars...the ones I have are pretty low in sugar but Im not sure maybe I am missing something? I brush twice a day pretty rigorously maybe time to up it to three? lolol im not a dirtbag at all just wondering if this can be my cause?

Bread, pasta, potatoes, white rice. If you eat a lot of any of those that could be the problem. The Egyptians ate a lot of bread and they had tons of cavities if you look at the mummies. One of the armies that fought against them actually nicknamed them "the bread eaters" because they were rationed so much damn bread by the army.
