I'm 262 right now. Some of that ten pound gain is fat and some is muscle. I'm a whole hell of a lot stronger though.

Arms are sitting at 20" cold right now, calves are about 18 1/2", thighs are 28 1/2"- 29", neck is between 19" and 20". I haven't measured my chest lately, but I think it's a tad over fifty. My waist...it has a little fat on it. Probably 39" or so, but that's a legit measurement, not what I wear in pant size or some bullshit like that. In the cut pics, my waist was right around 36".

for constructive criticism all i can think of would be that the legs seem to be a bit small compared to the upper body.
I`m 6"4 with a similar type of frame. I imagine if i make it, ill look like you some time.
