I hear ya on needing that boost to get motivated. I recently tapered off the ECA and/or coffee and i'm doing pretty decent without it now.
I took creatine for the first time in 2 years yesterday and had major gas and shits and still do. It was damn harsh on my digestive tract. I don't know if its the new stuff I bought (Prolab) ... anyone recommend another brand? I used to get micronized and had no problem. I doubt I'd gather the balls to down another spoon of this crap.
