Carth Pics!!!!

Damn Carth I just wanted to give you props again after checking out the pics this morning!! I want to see you next year if your going to add even more size! Shit I want to see Satch too sice he's only been at it 2-3 years! I will have to get in a workout with you next time I'm in Miami Bro!

Needsize was right but for that to work you must sodium load and water load prior to this. This creates a super compensation. But sodium/carbs MUST be re introduced before stage time to fill out. In the final event one can not fill out fluids must be used. Alot of people are affraid of sodium come contest day but what they fail to understand is without water sodium can not do much :) I also feel it is important to state that it is near impossible to spill over for a show by taking in to many carbs/sugar/fats in the absence of fluids. In the end carbs win every time when water is not present.

I did have him water load for 3 days prior to dropping his water. I wasnt 100% sure of the sodium, so I just told him to eat normally, dont add salt to food, but dont try and cut all the sodium out either
 
I did what I was told to do. I went from 2 gallons of water per day to 3 gallons of water. And I did up the carbs and sodium just a tad. And this made more ripped and cutup and more vascular. But then I dropped the water and sodium and I saw things started to go wrong. I just started to get really soft and watery looking. And the veins were gone!

I woke up Sunday morning and had high carbs and sodium. Not one drop of water I had. Just tiny baby sips of water. But it backfired on me. I came in looking way too small and smooth.

This is a pic of me that I just took 5 minutes ago. I just woke up. I haven't had anything to eat yet. But as of 4pm yesterday...all I have been doing was eating and eating foods high in sodium. CHINESE FOOD!!! That stuff is salty with Soy Sauce. I think you can see a little more delt size and somewhat more vascularity.
