Carnt decide what cycle I need

Hi all I'm 25 yrs old weigh 15 and a half stone height 5ft 11:: Legs arms back are lean but I'm carrying BF on my tum and chest I've been using steroids for 5 years but last cycle was over 10months ago I wanna cut up nice but don't want to b small either so do I go on a Test Cyp - Oxy - T5s cycle or Winnie - anavar - T5s. (Test Cyp 3 ml wk - 50mg Oxy ED - 1 T5 ED ) or 50mg Winnie ED - 50mg anavar ED - T5 ED Any advice welcome I just wanna shed the BF off tum and chest an gain some nice muscle
 
You don't need a cycle, you WANT a cycle. And if you want to shed the pounds then it's not the matter of what steroid,it's your diet. You can use all the steroids you want, you won't reach your weight loss goals with a bad diet!
 
My diets clean when I'm back in training I've got 2 kids 18months and 8 weeks old so in that close period of time I havnt found time for gym commitment and diet. In the past it's not really been a problem for me but this is the biggest I've ever been I've always been pretty trim so I'm asking for help on a cycle because I don't know if I can loose fat off Oxy an test but build muscle . My diet revolves in a lot of chicken breast mixed veg . Small baked potatoe egg whites baked beans tuna mackerel ect . Thanks for the replys any info on the right cycle for would be great thanks
 
Kids are definitely tough, but you're not going to get much sympathy from this board by saying that you've neglected diet and exercise and now want to take AAS to help you gain your body back. A diet doesn't require a time commitment, it requires a restraint commitment. Start with reducing your eating, visit the diet board on here for ideas and really think about how many cals you need per day to stay neutral. You have some bbing buzzwords in what you list for your diet, but know how to put them all together (and get rid of the baked potatos). Then do some cardio when your kids are sleeping for gods sake.
 
my man, i sympathize with your situation but you have no business even thinking about running any aas period until you have developed a routine in the gym that you are committed to as well as a great diet... and you need to develop that over a long time, not a few months... you need to get on the right track first before you even think about any of this...
 
I agree ... as will MOST ppl on the Forum. Also, you want to run Winny & Anavar at the same time?
