If your trying to gain lean muscle and minimize fat gain urging a test cycle is. Cardio before ad after your workout good? I was doing it at the beginning of y cycle and I was cutten down in fat but as long as I keep my protein intake high I should be fine to gain lean muscle

IMO before.
Keep it steady on the bike or steps .if your do hit training you will also see a reduction in muscle mass along with fat.

Give me an idea how you're doing your cardio so i can help you more.

Right now I am walked for 5 then doing a jog for 10 before and after. I know I am burning fat but I am concerned about losing muscle

Also when I started my sus cycle I was 210 then about a week and. Half later I was 202 and I noticed I lost a lot of fat now 6 weeks in I'm 215 I built a lot of muscle but some fat is back so he what to do

I always do fasted cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then afterwards you will need to supply nutrients, now is a good time for a hi protein shake, save your training until evening so you can get more out of it.

I would do a focused cardio session (like HIIT) seperate from your weights. Also, being active over the day instead of just one sesseion seems to have given me good results. :D

So fasted cardio in morning then a high protein breakfast, that burns far the best? And do u do cardio before and after ur workout or no

Fasted cardio first thing in the AM will be your best bet at burning fat. After that, you will need something high in protein like a shake or BCAAs to replenish and recover. This is the best way to spare muscle when trying to burn fat. If you are on test, you shouldn't be worrying about losing muscle. Anabolics hold muscle very well, even in extreme circumstances

i can tell you this, walking 5 and jogging 10 is not going to burn the fat you are wanting my friend... its not going to hurt you and its good to stay active as much as possible, but to burn fat, that sort of setup is not the answer... trust me, i know a thing or two when it comes to cardio and holding muscle...

No its not ,you need at leat a 10-12 hr fast from your last meal, even 14 hr is better then Cardio should be 30-45 mins i do mine on the treadmill & Stairclimber moderate for 5 min then it's a full blast until i get winded , i go back to a med walk and build up again, you should be able to do this at least 3-4 time in a cardio scession, The whole point is to raise your BMR so your body becomes a fat burning furnace thru out the whole day. This does a hatchett job on Bodyfat.

What is your current BF%? Losing muscle is pretty much not an issue at all until you are 10% or lower. Losing muscle while on is difficult as well at even lower percentages.

I prefer what RADAR posted: AM fasted cardio then PM weights. Right now my schedule is AM Cardio, AM weights, PM Cardio. With the right supps Im still losing fat and gaining strength.
