cardio?

what is better for burning fat:


eary morning cardio on an empty stomach at a moderate pace or daytime cardio at a higher intensity?

Early morning cardio on an empty stomach could end up being too catabolic. You've already gone without food for a long period, so you're extending your fast even further.

Perhaps if you had a machine at home and you hop on it as soon as you wake up for a short duration cardio workout you could cut down on the time factor a bit.

Why do people believe that cardio on an empty stomach is the best way for fat loss? There's a lot of people that believe it over on the diet forum and I just don't understand it. I've tried it and it sucks, no energy or motivation. are there any studies showing that it burns more fat than doing it after eating? Does it not burn muscle?

Anyway, I believe that the latter will work better than cardio after a fast. Although I think the best would be HIIT.
 
its got something that tells the body that it dont have to take protein from the muscles or something i dont know, might be wrong.

Sorry, I made a stupid comment there. Obviously BCAA are amino acids which are protein building blocks which help to build up muscle tissue. Sounds like a good plan if you cannot get a protein meal in before you do cardio.

I used to pass some foul wind back in the days I used BCAA. How do you go there?
 
i just use bcaas on the morning when i do my cardio so...4-5 times a week, but havent experiance any gases if its that u mean.
maybe u just should change brand or something...dunno
