Do you absoultly have to do cardio while bulking, ive never done and still get good gains
 
I only do cardio to lose fat,

No other reason, not for health, exercise or anything,

Other than it burning calories and lowering my appetite


It is a complete waste of time, energy and yuck.

that was the most non-sensical post ive ever read.... not including every other thing you have posted since you joined
 
No, it's not a must. Please remember, cardiovascular training is very important to keep a healthy heart and with the increased blood pressure and lipid profiles that are typical with AAS use, I'm sure it couldn't hurt.

I think its a must to keep your Systemic Endurance Levels High

One Brutal Cardio day and One Brutal leg day should suffice
