Cardio

Am I the only one (while "on") that is doing cardio 7 days/week?

I do an hour (split 30min AM - 30min evening) - Mon-Fri
weekends I do 30min AM - No PM

Is this too much or is it OK to do this much cardio?

BTW
I am on
500mg/week Sus
600mg/week Eq
100mg/ed Winny
HGH 2iu's/ED

2 weeks on/off Clen - ECA
T3 40mcgs 20mcgs morning/20mcgs right before bed
 
Its good for your heart and as long as your protein is high enuff i dont see a problem. ANd im gonna guess that yes you are the only one doing cardio 7 times a week....holy shit.....how the shin splints treating you.......i was thinking of doing it 3 times a week with my next bulker, but damn 7, your a mad man.LOL
 
With the Winny, I can't tell exactly what is sore anymore - it all hurts LOL

Seriously - I had to order some Flexerell just for chest days, cause it's the only thing that helps my joints.

I feel like a dried out peice of old wood. (sound like one too)
 
Take it for 3 weeks im and your joints are good for 9months from what i just read earlier? Some guys on promuscle were talking about if for joints also. Ive never had joint problems tho really so.......nothing i looked into

I only have 4 weeks left of Winny - and that's the only thing that "really" crackles my joints...............

This is not uncommon for hardcore dieters, especially when you're trying to get to your goals faster. Many diet gurus put their clients on 2hrs cardio/day; hence, the faster results :coffee:

Monday through Friday (this up-and-coming week) - I am looking to up it to 2 40min sessions...............

Weekends will be 40min each morning (just to take advantage of the AM Cardio thing)

See, I'm not really worried about it hindering my gains, cause my incrased aerobic capacity has only added to my lifting routine - plus (at the gym) - I have begun to drop my "rest" between sets to about 30sec (or just long enough to catch my breath) I had to drop the poundage down for a couple of days, but once i got used to it, the workouts are tremendous, and they are helping me with my cardio (so each one feeds the other)

haha....i still say on that HGH and all you are taking 30min in the morning would be enough...you are not a fat guy if i remember correctly from your other threads.....i guess it just comes down to how much fat you wanna burn and how fast! i do 30min in the morning before work 3 times a week.....i do 20min after i workout the other two days......on sat i sometimes do two 30 min sessions as you do....sometimes nothing on sundays sometimes one session...i though i did a lot...but you do even more!!!


just see how it works for you...and see how lean you are getting and decide form there

I sometimes do cardio 7/week if I'm cutting, I try and fit 30mins AM before work but it's hard getting my ass out of bed early to do cardio... as I'm sure you know bro! lol

Morning cardio is the easiest for me - it's the 2nd session that KILLS me
 
I am the opposite, most mornings I feel like I am glued to the mattress when the alarm goes off! lol

If you're not too worried about hindering gains while cutting why not up the T3 dosage to 75mg ED? I find 75mg ED is a good dosage for me, anymore and I feel like i start losing muscle.

I am wondering something...............

I am getting leaner all over - more vascular - more muscular EXCEPT my mid-section!

It's gone down a bit - but wy waist is still 2-3 inches bigger than when I first started this cutter.

How can my entire body get leaner, but "just" my midsection stay the same or actually "look" fatter?

Does any of this make sense?

Midseaction is always the last to go, just keep working hard and eventually the abs will start showing through. If your bodyfat is decreasing everywhere else then you are getting the result you want. It's frustrating that the gut goes last but worth it when the abs pop through. Maybe try some of AF's YES on the abs, it works for me.

The EQ will make you more vascular, I look like a roadmap on EQ - it gets so bad my missus says I look disgusting when working out but hey, what does she know! lol

It may be that your mind is playing tricks as your are expecting your mid section to be trimmer. Just keep doing what you're doing and don't give up. You WILL get there.

Why do people take winny when they hurt so bad? I personnaly feel that winny is overly hard on the body considering the benefits.

As for the cardio, why not combine that into one 45 minute session of AM empty stomach cardio - then dedicate the second gym session to lifting only.
 
i used 75mgs of winny and while I was hard as a rock and strong as hell I was hurting big time. I can't image 100mgs.

I would drop your sust and go with 50mgs of prop eod day holds less bloat.

The waistline is the hardest part for most men to cut down. It sound like that's going to be your "last to go" area, when you drop down below 10% that's when it will start going.

So theoretically - even though my BF% is going down - my waist can actually stay the same for a while when the rest of body is leaning out?

Correct, with a bit of a twist. You will shed 'some' bodyfat in the area, but it will not be proportional to the rest of your body, so it will seem like you're not shedding fat at all. :coffee:

I feel you stallion, my freaking stomach and love handles are the VERY last to go.

you will get there, just have to keep doing it. when im cutting i never feel like i am making progress because i look at myself everyday in the mirror. take a pic, and compare yourself now and 3 weeks down the road. im sure you will see a big difference.

im trying to cut naturally right now, it sucks!

Thats the same way that I do my weight workout. I have yet to add any cardio in besides that yet and im still hovering around 10%. Im waiting for another month or so when my Deca is all gone to really start cutting and adding in more cardio. :Chef:

bro i had the same thing, if you have excess fat on your stomach like i do, its not always apparent by eyeballing it. I didn't notice the weight loss around the waist while i notice it everywhere else. You have not mentioned, whether you are doing abs, if you are not start doing them. Also measure your waist first thing in the morning, because during the day due to water and food the waist-size fluctuates....Also "dont" measure every morning (its not encouraging). I measure every 3rd-4th day. Also I found doing "twists/bends" makes a big difference for the sides....good luck
 
I feel ya, the midsection fat seems impossible to lose. But it is losable, my belly fat went away when I lost a hyuge amount of weight being in the hospital. I saw my abs for the first time in years! It showed me the possibilities, and that was with never getting out of bed for weeks. SO it has to be that your BF isn't low enough, your mind is just playing tricks on you.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin for the joints maybe? :coffee:

I suppose its ok to do that much cardio...im sure you'll reach your goals alot faster.
