cardio

presguy said:
how can you remove a post?

Don't worry about it bro. You asked a perfectly legit question, just so much bullshit going on at this board at the moment about cardio.

But to answer you first post, yes I like a lot of cardio when cutting, at least an hour every morning and maybe more later on in the day as progress slows.

thanks bro, sometimes i feel retarded asking questions

Never feel retarded asking questions. Pretty much every question has been answered before and is in archive, but if everyone did a search, then we wouldn't have that many new posts each day. So ask away. And like JG said, there has just been a bunch of cardio questions lately that have turned into heated debates......that's why we were just joking about a new cardio thread.

I agree with Nelson. Cardio is essentially not fully necessary. It is a good way to burn calories, but proper diet and a high intensity fast-paced weightlifting session with little time in between sets can be more beneficial when cutting than doing cardio before or after a workout. I enjoy doing a bit of cardio early in the morning while cutting for about 20 minutes.....not because I believe it is necessary, but just for endurance purposes for other sports. Offseason I don't really bother with doing any cardio or fast paced weightlifting. I Just lifty heavy and do lower reps.
