Ive got a simpel question... (oh and btw cardio in morning on empty stomach isn't an option for me). After finishing my workouts which usualy last 1- 1.5 hours should i CONSUME A CARB/PROTEIN SHAKE right away and then do my 45 minute cardio.....or should i automatically do the 45 minute cardioon empty stomach....and take the Pro/Carb shake after i finish the 45 minute cardio session????
Will i not be loosing muscle if i take the shake 45 minutes after completion of excdrcise..(meaning after working out and then doing cardio)... i mean if i take it right after workout then o will be burning that shake..on cardio and not fat corect?
