cardio while on ECA stacks!! help !!

Hi, i'm 20 years old,
5''8... 150 pds...
i want to loose about 20 pds!

when i'm on xenadrine and i run my pulse jumps up to the 160's easily. but fat burning mode is between 125-145 bps. should i just walk to burn the fat or is it ok that its that high? i dont care about cardio vascular work. i just want fat loss.

and while i'm there... those xenadrine pills are making it hard sometimes to keep running.. i sometimes have a hard time to breath cuz my heart is beatting soo fast... any suggestions.. or maybe should i take the pills after my trainning?

BTW, sorry for my english i'm mostly french!

I went through the same shit.
SWEAT buddy SWEAT. Do whatever you can and keep your heart rate high. Pump it and push it hard. While doin weights keep time between sets to a minimum then when done jump into cardio and go crazy. As much as you can do, or your time allows.

Then go home and have a shake and can of tuna........diet to loose the lbs is very important.
