I know 6 days/week might be "too much", but like -goin on 4T- posted your body will eventually tell you if you are over doing the cardio..
Im on a good diet, and are using the following sups: Omega 3, CLA, Rapid burn ( fat burner+ energy boost++ ), creatine ( kre-alkaline ), Protein, multi vitamins, ZMA and BCAA`s+
My goal is to get as lean as possible without losing muscle mass. Im 2 weeks into my 8 weeks of diet "experiment", and I have to tell you guys im satisfied with the results, so far so good.
