cardio while on 250mg test e/wk

hi,

I'm going to run testosteron e for 10 weeks@ 250mg a week
and than for the last 4 weeks adding 40mg winstrol ed.
this would be my first inject cycle
did one cycle of winstrol 40mg ed --> 5weeks and gained 7kg

Can I do cardio three times a week (45minutes) to lower bf ? or do the cardio after these ten weeks?

96kg
4years training
bf 14-15%

just do cardio throughout. Why would not doing cardio be better in anyway?
and run test at 500mg EW if by itself. 250mg is barely above medically perscribed doses.

I agree with the cardio.
250mgs/week is 250% of the highest prescribed dosage (by a legit dr).
It works well. You fill out nicely and process clean food better. 250/wk is one of my favorites!

250/week can still give you 3-5x natty levels. i vote for starting at 250--at 23 yo you have all the time in the world and you need to get the bf down with a solid diet. just my 2cents
 
Cardio is good but do it no more than 1/2 hour each time and preferably do HIIT.
If you more interested in staying lean keep test at 250ew it will be plenty

250 will put you in a high Upper end

so yes you can do Cardio EVERYDAY on it

just ease back on the lifts

I am going to run 250ew + 50mg var next. yum. but, if i was going to run just test itself, i would run 500. that's just me though.
