Cardio Question

I am wanting to get my body fat % down. Which is better for buring fat...fast walk or running, or should I do HIT's?

All of them have their place. HIIT is probably the most effective but feel free to mix it up especially if you're gonna do it more than 3x a week. You should also get on a weight training program if you're not on one already. Nothing burns fat like muscle.

I am on a weight training program. I lift 4-5 days a week, and run every day I lift. I just didn't know which would work the best.

from what I understand, you might want to be careful about burning muscle during cardio...you might want to do cardio two or 3 days on your off-days from lifting. first thing in the morning is optimal, but be sure to take 10grams of protein or amino acid prior to running so as to prevent muscle loss. 10grams of whey protein with water should work. gathering that you like running, you could probably still run another day or two, but you might not want to do it more than 4 days if you're lifting 3 or 4 days as is.

I don't really like running, I just want to burn off the rest of my body fat. I will try running on my off days, and try taking in some protien before I run.

Careful, dude, forgetting that 'I' is the difference between giving good or terrible training advice. ;)
