from what I understand, you might want to be careful about burning muscle during cardio...you might want to do cardio two or 3 days on your off-days from lifting. first thing in the morning is optimal, but be sure to take 10grams of protein or amino acid prior to running so as to prevent muscle loss. 10grams of whey protein with water should work. gathering that you like running, you could probably still run another day or two, but you might not want to do it more than 4 days if you're lifting 3 or 4 days as is.
