Cardio Question

I work construction 2 days a week for about 6 hours a day. Im basically a laborer doing all the grunt work. I dont do any cardio on these days in order to prevent overtraining. Is there any way to determine the number of calories Im using while working so I can prevent catabolism with my diet?
 
I worked construction for a while....it sucked for training.

Just eat more bro. I actually carried a bottle on my ass filled with a protein/carb drink. I busted my ass hard on the job and so my boss allowed me to take several short breaks throughout the day to eat.

I know I didn't answer your question, but just take in more protein.
