I used to to run 5-6 miles 6 days week and was doing a split routine (upper body 2days a week and lower body 2 days a week) although I gained strength, I was not happy with my overall symetry.
I now do cardio 20-30 min 3 days a week and do a split routine as far as weights go but feel that my lack of cardio is leaving me less firm. The problem is the more cardio I do the skinnier my legs get and I am trying to work on my quad sweep...so too much cardio seems to defeat the purpose. Any suggestions? How much cardio do you all do?
