I want to keep all my leg muscles and strength. If I were to do cardio in the mornings for 45 min, would I loose anything in my legs? By the way I'm doing a high incline if that makes a difference. (2 times a week cardio).
45 minutes seems like a pretty long time for fasted AM cardio -- I get the idea the body might go into a pretty catabolic state with that duration. I would rather see you do 4 sessions per week at 22.5 minutes each instead.
