I know its good to do a little cardio to get your heart rate up but while on cycle (Test E 500mg wk)
So should I even bother since I'm trying to put as much weight on as possible then during the last week or so incorporate cardio? and would cardio prevent some of bloat as well? or should i just screw cardio and take like adex if I bloat really bad?
