Cardio on 5x5

Hey, I'm thinking of starting the 5x5 as my lifting routine while cutting, but my problem is, with squatting 3 days a week, how can you do any cardio?

Right now I'm 5' 9", 180, probably 20% BF, and I've been lifting for about 3 years now. I know i personally don't like to run the day after i do squats so my legs have some time to recover, is this unnecessairy?

My goal was to lift 3 days a week pretty heavy, working the cores hard and not really worrying about accessory excersizes, so the 5x5 seemed like a good fit. Is there some kind of modification that I could make to make it more appropriate for a cutting routine rather than a bulking one? What I'm trying to do excersize wise is below:

Sunday: Weights and Cardio
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Weights and Cardio
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Weights
Friday: Off
Saturday: Cardio

thanks a lot guys!

Try squatting light to start with and gradually build the weight. Hopefully, you'll get used to it and won't get the type of soreness that hinders cardio. I've been on the single factor for 12 weeks straight and don't get any soreness at all the day after a workout (and I'm making progress every week).

For some reason, probably because of the lack of calories, I always have some soreness, even if i build up, or do 4 sets of 8. The only time I don't get sore is when i do more than 10 reps per set, and after that I don't feel like I'm getting any good use out of the excersize. When i do a 5x5 i build up normally and still get sore, on my heavy day I do 135 - 145 - 155 - 170 - 185. I also get sore on the medium day, but not on the light day. Would it be terrible or ineffective to do 2 light days and 1 heavy day??
