Can you back this up? Obviously doing extensive amounts of cardio will lead to catabolism and a drop in T levels. I am talking about doing cardio 3 times a week (varying intensities and duration). Also I wasn't referring to anything about test levels, I asked it cardio could decrease cardiovascular sides such as BP and blood profiles. Let me know what you think!
i do low impact cardio 3 times a week and have noticed great improvements in my muscle endurance and enduracnce overall while on cycle, not to mention helps keeps the BP down
I've been doing quite alot of juice for quite a long time now, I do a fair amount of cardio. I've been on anavar, test, eq and l-dex, for a little over six months now. I eat a fair amount of lean red meat and alot of eggs. Recently I had a complete physical with all aplicable blood work. My total choelesterol was 107 and my triglycerides were 50. No abnormal liver or kidney values, RBC count 4.86 and psa .91. I use alot of CLA and ALA, maybe their really the shit I don't know but I'm very pleased with my results. On a side note I never exceed a gram a week of total steroid, and useually I'm far below a gram. By the way I'm 47 years old.
JohnnyCut, that's what I like to hear. I wouldn't think that amount of cardio would be enough to hinder gains either. This is the kind of stuff I was looking for, knowledege from experience. Thanks bro! Keep it coming guys!
liftsiron1, congratulations on the success man. That's great! I can't believe that somebody on this board is proud to be using under a gram a week, intelligent use is best. Keep up the good work!
