cardio = less sides?

Does anyone have any knowledge in the area of cardio lessening the side effects of AAS during a cycle? Obviously I am not talking about acne or gyno, but cardiovascular related sides (blood pressure, blood profiles, etc.) I know some drugs are harder on you blood profile than others, but if you can stave off some of the negatives by doing a little cardio that could greatly help. Let me know what you think!

Doing cardio activities will immediately raise your blood pressure, but lower it in the long term. So yeah, cardio is good for you.

BIG D HASEK

Helps with the bloat one gets from having Test or a drivative in there system...Less water retention=lower blood pressure

cardio balances out you body. I know i feel better after a cardio work out. After lifting the cardio and taking a shower i feel like a new person.

We work out our muscles, we need to work out our brain and heart. Good overall sense of well being.

blood pressure would be probably the only benefit. maybe increased endurance, but I dont think you would be doing that much for that to happen.

i actually just spoke to my doc yesterday about this he did my igf,test,hdl,liver everything. he said cardio is the best thing to try to off set sides. and believe it or not he said to drink a few glasses of red wine a week? he knows his shit too.

Have you seen the new food guide pyramid? They're stating that you can have any type of alcohol in moderation, red wine giving the most benefits though.

If you think cardio negates the ill effects of a cycle, you're kidding yourself. If anything, it will lower testosterone levels even further.

Can you back this up? Obviously doing extensive amounts of cardio will lead to catabolism and a drop in T levels. I am talking about doing cardio 3 times a week (varying intensities and duration). Also I wasn't referring to anything about test levels, I asked it cardio could decrease cardiovascular sides such as BP and blood profiles. Let me know what you think!

i do low impact cardio 3 times a week and have noticed great improvements in my muscle endurance and enduracnce overall while on cycle, not to mention helps keeps the BP down

I've been doing quite alot of juice for quite a long time now, I do a fair amount of cardio. I've been on anavar, test, eq and l-dex, for a little over six months now. I eat a fair amount of lean red meat and alot of eggs. Recently I had a complete physical with all aplicable blood work. My total choelesterol was 107 and my triglycerides were 50. No abnormal liver or kidney values, RBC count 4.86 and psa .91. I use alot of CLA and ALA, maybe their really the shit I don't know but I'm very pleased with my results. On a side note I never exceed a gram a week of total steroid, and useually I'm far below a gram.:) By the way I'm 47 years old.

JohnnyCut, that's what I like to hear. I wouldn't think that amount of cardio would be enough to hinder gains either. This is the kind of stuff I was looking for, knowledege from experience. Thanks bro! Keep it coming guys!

liftsiron1, congratulations on the success man. That's great! I can't believe that somebody on this board is proud to be using under a gram a week, intelligent use is best. Keep up the good work!
