Apologies if this is in the wrong section, I couldn't find a cardio/weight loss related section. Anyway...
I'm currently cutting & am weight training 5x a week (Mon-Fri). My cardio consists of doing 20 mins on a stationary bike first thing in the morning (empty stomach) & 20 mins straight after my workout later that evening. This of course adds up to 40 mins medium intensity cardio per day, 5x a week.
I'm just wondering if this is sufficient when cutting? I much prefer splitting it up & doing 20 mins in the morning, then 20 mins PWO as opposed to just doing 40 mins in one sitting as it prevents boredom.
