Cardio? Do you NOT............

partakein any cardio during your bulking phase? How do you overcome the mental drag of eating so much, yet doing very little aerobic activity to compensate? OR, do you limit cardio to only a few times a week......?


During my 6 month cut, I did cardio daily on an empty tank..........thinking this will hurt my quest to pack on mass, and wanted to see your input. Much thanks.
 
If you're bulking, why would you do your cardio on an empty stomach ?

I'd just eat before....
 
I do cardio first thing cause it works the best for getting one shredded..........I also do it cause I sit in the office for 8 hours and need to move around before work.........just couldn't fathom doing cardio after eating, unless I did it in the evening with my training..........
 
If I had the time I would split the cardio like you do.
Doing it empty stomach is easier if it is first thing in the morning, otherwise would make me dizzy. I think that the main problem with cardio and bulking is it leaves you less energy for working out... maybe just do shorter cardio sessions and alternate regular cardio sessions with HIT sessions during bulking...
 
i dont do cardio at all and im bulking now (as always) and am at only about 16% bf, so i dont have the need to do cardio

So, you are under the impression that 16% is low? Just curious.....I never want to see +12% again............I'm prob. 8% now, dont want much more than a 2% increase if possible.......
 
i would do it maybe 3 times a week
everyday may be a lil much
i play basketball a couple times a week for mine during the winter...
 
WEll bro, you're never gonna bulk up if you're not willing to go up in BF%. You cannot help it no matter how perfect your bulking diet is. You will gain some fat do to surplus calories.

If I were you...........................I would bulk the fuck up to like 40pounds heavier than you are at which point you'll probably be freaking cuz you'll have no abs, then hit some primo and winny plus clen and t3 and in 3 months you'll be as cut as before AND BIGGER and STRONGER.

That's just what I'd do. I think it's great that you're ripped bro, but you're actually hurting your progress with this obsession about staying cut. If you want to be cut and bigger then you have to bulk.

I don't know if you use AAS or not, but if you don't then you might as well hit up something light like anavar and primo or whatever and eat just a "little" more than you do now and you should be able to put on a few pounds of nice clean muscle while maintaining your bf% close to it without getting bulked up. Probably not gonna happen without at least a little AAS though.

I am a newb to AAS, so take my opinion for what it's worth, but this seems to be the most effective method from what I"ve been reading.
