I ALWAYS do cardio..on or off..bulking or cuting...It is great for your heart and helps me get warm before a hard workout..If I am bulking I will generally do about 15 min of jogging at a medium pace 3-4 times a week but when cuting the amount goes up to about 30-40 min on the treadmill about 5 times a week. Some light cardio won't effect your gains much if at all so go for it
