Cardio and steriods??

Cardio obviously burns some muscle too, you have to see the point where it's beneficial for you.

I ALWAYS do cardio..on or off..bulking or cuting...It is great for your heart and helps me get warm before a hard workout..If I am bulking I will generally do about 15 min of jogging at a medium pace 3-4 times a week but when cuting the amount goes up to about 30-40 min on the treadmill about 5 times a week. Some light cardio won't effect your gains much if at all so go for it

I agree with this. Unless your bulking and your one of those lucky bastards that loose lbs easily while doin cardio.

I do cardio while on, it makes it easier to burn fat.

a friend of mine whos a personal trainer said be careful though, your hearts a muscle, and steroids make your muscles grow.

get the point ??

I'd think this only applies to heavy cyclers who do intense cardio though ??

I was wondering about this myself...anyone know the circumstances that this would happen?
 
I dont know much about it but i do know that most of the pro's are suffering with an enlarged heart, and its not nice.

Dave, this isn't really directed towards you bro. But I keep hearing enlarged heart yada yada yada, but I have never heard of anyone having issues with an enlarged heart either. I have heard of existing heart conditions being agrivated. If this was such a big deal, I think we would see half the NFL fall over dead. I want to know.

Cardio seems to keep the bloat down, energy up and I feel allot less sides. Not to mention the benifits in your lipid profile.
