I am worried that i am losing muscle when doing cardio. I am quite low BF now (10%) but still trying to get those last little pounds off my gut.
The cardio thing is non negotiable. I do about 45 mins of running a day.
Is there a good way to still add muscle size while doing tons of cardio?
p.s i am on a winny only cycle of about 50mgs ed
