This post kinda follows the "cardio when bulking" post from earlier. I have a nagging question I have to ask.
When working legs for growth, hardness, or definition ie bodybuilding how does intense cardio like running effect this process? I have just started to get serious about the bodybuilding but I still have to run for the cardio aspect due the fighting.
Anyone know anything about this. When I was in the army I ran constantly but never lifted. My legs exploded with size and cut but they were not strong just big with a lot of endurance. I'm concerned about screwing myself with the running in regards to strength/size gains.
Anyhow, I'm starting to ramble so I leave it at that. Any info would be awesome.
