Cardio and anavar

Ok, maybe i missed the bulletin or something, but I was playing pick up basketball today at half the pace I normally go and i threw up right there on the court I was so tired. Now I'm not saying this is from the anavar, it could be a number of things. (uptake of calories, drank lots of water beforehand) But I just want to hear some people's opinions on doing cardio while on cycle. Obviously it's going to be hard doing cardio if you've gained 15 lbs, but I'm talking about the first couple of weeks or so when you're weight hasn't fluctuated. Do AS inhibit endurance?
 
yeah it's gotta be just because i'm sick...because now my stomach's upset and i have diahrea, and a mild case of chapped ass.

Am not so sure about that I'm on my 3 day of Whan Tu Ox and yestersday I could barely run for 15 mins, and I usually run for 40 mins, also I have been falling asleep around 9:30pm and not waking up until 8 am. What's up with that. Prehaps this is because I"m lifting harder and I'm eating alot more thats making me tired. Not sure.

Weird, people always complain about how they can't sleep on OX but I've been sleeping alot better since I started. I usually take a 1-2 hour nap during the day and then go to bed around 3 or 4 in the morning but since I've started I've been able to go to sleep at midnight.
 
I haven't had those problems with ox, endurance was fine so long as I kept doing cardio regularly, and it doesn't affect my sleep.

It sounds like you are sick. The dreaded chapped ass!
 
Briweve- What kind of OX are you on? Same question for you Trevdog. and yes, chapped ass is a killer.

I'm on IP Ox doing 20mg on the morning about 7-8am with food and 20mg at night about 9pm with dinner after working out. I"m thinking about moving to 8am and 4pm. The half life is 9 hours so I think I will get it in me again before I work out around 6pm. Also that way it may that surpress my HPTA at night when I"m sleeping quite as bad. What do you think. I'm on my 3rd day now. I have not seen much of a difference in strenght, but I think my arms are feeling hard, but it's probably placebo effect. I have also put on 4 pounds I"m sure thats just water or just a bounce from the increase in Protein I have been eating.
 
Takes longer than 3 days, give it a week or more to start seeing increases in strength. I'm on my 8 th day and I dont know if it is just natural progression or the anavar but my strength has gone up a little. And the anavar will not cause water weight gain. As far as running I cant tell any differance in endurance yet. I have had increased appitite and only a few nights where i had a prob. sleeping cause for some reason i was burning up and wide awake.
