cardio after lifting

I used to just go straight into cardio after my weights, to mimic cardio on an empty stomach, then do the postworkout shake/meal. Try your plan and see how it works for you! :)
 
well I can't do morning runs anymore due to work schedule is it ok to do all my lifting them like a 30 minutes later after postworkout shake due my cardio?
 
NO !!! If you are going to lift and do cardio, do it together, ie - lift first, then cardio and when done hit up the protein with dextrose shake. If you were to have the protein shake and dextrose then try to do cardio, you would be hurting yourself more than helping by a large margin

I know what you mean. I had the runs this morning. Probably all that damn raisin bran I had the night before. :(
