Carbs???

its not the carbs, its overall caloric intake, you have to go into caloric deficit to lean out

When leaning out, it is the timing of the carb intake that is much more important.

I try to get most of my carbs in the morning before noon. Then, I only get a large carb boost after my workout.

I avoid any carbs within 6 hours of bedtime.



This is mandatory advise!
