Carb totals

I'm on sus/d-bol/deca. I consume 20 % fat, about 250-300 carbs a day, and the rest of 3400-3500 cal comes from protien. I put on 10 lbs in just over 2 weeks, while incorperating arimidex. Should I stick with this, too many carbs make me fat, I know from past experince. Any thoughts?
 
I would cut the carbs to no more then 200 per day (less if you can) Make sure you consume the majority in the morn and right after your workout

No, I wouldn't cut carbs that low; I would actually increase it. I'm extremely carb sensitive myself and I've found that it's not the quantity of carbs that makes me fat but the quality. Make sure all your carbs are "clean" except pre and post workout.

On sust/deca you are burning a shitload of calories, take advantage of it. If you don't increase your calories throughout your cycle you will not gain as much. Your metabolic rate is increasing as you put muscle on; it will take more calories for you to grow.

How much do you weight?


You need carbs to to spare protein for muscle growth. Depending on your weight I would increase it to 350-400g. Why don't you post your diet with all your stats.
 
Slyder, don't completely load up on carbs, but don't go to low. Don't worry about eating lots of complex carbs like pasta and stuff, thats not that bad for you, and very little of complex carbs turn into fat. The danger you have to worry about are simple carbs(sugars) those if not used for energy immediately, are stored as fat. So always check your labels and make sure your sugars are low.
 
Yes and how about that, I have to watch out with complex carbs,because they make me fat easily and simple carbs don't...so what do we learn??Everybody is different!!!You should learn what's good and what's not good for you, experience is the only way.Simple!

I'm 5'8 and 175 lbs. A little over 2 weeks a go I was 165 lbs, but was only a few weeks into eating more carbs in my diet again regularly. My waist is like 32-33 inches. I eat about 3400-3500 calories a day like I said. I believe I'm somewhat carb sensitive. lsat cycle I ate up to 4000 calories a day and had a 34' waist. I was nowhere as lean as I am now for being up in weight like I've been getting. I was 165lbs this past summer, on a low carb/high carb diet. After my cycle 2 years ago I was a steady 180lbs, but not as lean. I just wanted some input. I appreciate it from everyone. I try not to go over 70 grams of carbs a meal. I eat every 2 hours in order to get in enough calories. The number of calories per meal, as well as number of carbs drops as the day gets later. Ill keep close track of everything, Any more comments are still appreciated.
 
YOU CAN grow on carbs that low, I am proof of that. Some peope are carb sensitive and I am one of those people. Everyone is diffrent but I can keep my carbs under 200 a day and stiff get very nice muscle gains with minimal body fat gains
