Ok, gotta first get this out of the way, I can't stomach oats, so that is out of the equation for my post Igf shake. What carb source can be a decent replacement? I was goin to take 100g fast carb like dextrose and then 70g of a slower carb. I can get gatoraid powder as my fast carb source, what can I use as a slow sustained release carb? Maltodextrin? Waxymaize? Little help plz other than oats.

Just found out you dont really need a slow carb for post Igf. But still what is a good slow carb other than oats and wheat bread for post cycle consumption?

Come on now, who is a peptide guru and carb guru here..
Is it ok if I just use 70grams of malto post workout?

i dont think malto is a slow release carb bro... its used in a lot of PWO drinks and at the end of the day it is still just sugar.

It is a special complex carb.
It ilicits an insulin response because of its GI of 100, but it has a sustained release over a period of time as well... It keeps blood sugar/insulin stable longer..

Karbolyn is my fav but their is the new Vitargo both are great products for immediate post IGF pin.

I was thinking about waxy maize, but after research, it is crap..

BTW, just bought 50lbs of malto dextrin for 50$ FTFW!!!!

what leads you to believe this?

Just google waxy maize myth..
PLain and simple, it is not near as fast as dextrose or malto dextrin or even glucose at causing an insulin spike...
Scam IMO.. Malto and dextrose is where it is at.. Much cheaper..
